Croatia

The Adriatic is the perfect location for those who love island hopping, and sailing around Croatia gives you the opportunity to experience the country’s beauty from a unique perspective.

The islands of Croatia are dotted with picturesque fishing villages, while in bigger ports you’ll find a lively nightlife and smart restaurants offering traditional cuisine and fantastic seafood, such as fresh sardines, squid and cuttlefish.

With a long sailing season, you can enjoy a Croatia yacht charter throughout the year, with the most popular months being between May and October. When sailing the rocky coastline of the Adriatic, be sure to visit the beautiful Kornati and Krka national parks. 

From busy ports and with modern marinas to sheltered coves and idyllic uninhabited islands, you can experience a range of stunning locations while sailing the blue-green seas of the Adriatic. 

To sail Croatia, you‘ll need a sailing license recognized by the local port authorities. Visit Dubrovnik

Allow time to explore the famous walled city, take the cable car up the mountain and visit the movie locations from Game of Thrones. Sail to Korčula and climb the bell tower at St Mark’s Cathedral for a spectacular view, then sail on to Mljet’s national park at Pomena, Orebic and Lastovo.

Spend time in Šibenik

From our marina, sail upriver and walk to the Krka National Park waterfalls. Or sail Croatia’s sailor’s paradise, the Kornati National Park with its 140 uninhabited islands, reefs and inlets. Head on to Murter, Skradin and Prvic.

The best time to visit Croatia is between May and October, with the peak season being  between June and mid-September. 

The climate in Croatia is Mediterranean, with warm, dry summer days and temperatures between 75°F and 80°F along the coast. Low season can provide great sailing weather in Croatia with temperatures in the low 70ºF in May and October.

Italy

There’s so much to see during your Italian yacht vacation that may want to consider sailing for more than one week. After all, you wouldn’t want to miss sights like the active volcanoes of Mount Etna and Stromboli in Sicily, or the breathtaking ruins and archaeological sites of Naples.  

A yacht charter in Italy is your chance to sail archipelagos with colorful waterfronts and explore stunning marine parks as you journey along one of Europe’s most impressive  coastlines, where tightly-packed buildings rise up from steep rock faces. From our base in Pozzuoli, discover the wonders of Ponza and Zannone in the Pontine Islands, or head to the Phlegraean Islands of Ischia and Procida. Ashore, climb the famous Mount Vesuvius volcano or see the ruins created by its major eruption at Pompeii and Herculaneum.

Amalfi coast

From Pozzuoli in Naples, you can sail the Tyrrhenian Sea and the impressive Amalfi coast with its high cliffs and charming towns set into the rocks. During your sailing vacation in Italy, mix with the jet set at Capri, take in the sunsets at Sorrento and visit the colorful village that snakes up the hillside at Positano.

La Maddalena National Park and Marine Reserve

Start your charter from our base in Olbia in Sardinia and explore the islands of La Maddalena, including Caprera, Spargi, Santa Maria and Budelli. Alternatively, sail the Emerald Coast around Porto Cervo for some of Sardinia’s best beaches.

Sicily’s archipelagos

Our base at Portorosa is perfect to explore the coast of Trapani with its Egadi islands of Favignana, Marettimo and Levanzo. You can also head to the Aeolian Islands of Lipari, Salina, Vulcano and Stromboli with its active volcano and black sand beaches.

Cyclades

The whitewashed houses with ultramarine domes are typical of the Cyclades. Sail from Tourlos Marina, Mykonos, Parikia Port and Lavrion Port, Lavrion to discover the wonders of these islands, as well as Santorini, Ios and Serifos.

Dodecanese Islands
